SOS Children’s Village logo awarded in China

Hiiibrand is a logo design competition organized by the Chinese magazine New Graphic. The New Graphic magazine has been published since 2004 by Seecoo Culture Communication and has been one of the most influential design journals in that part of the world.

Hiiibrand is a logo design competition organized by the Chinese magazine New Graphic. Our design, the logo for the SOS Children’s Village Club of Friends, was awarded among more than 4 thousand logos that have entered the competition. Imelda Ramovic and Mirel Hadzijusufovic (art directors) and Marija Jakeljic (account executive) have worked on this project in 2009, and since then it has been exhibited at the Exhibition of Croatian Design 0910, and published in the books Designing for greater good by Collins Design and Basic logo by Indexbook.

The winners of this competition were chosen by the international jury whose member was also the Croatian designer Boris Ljubičić, together with Wally Olins (United Kingdom), Joe Duffy (USA), Min Wang (China) and Tommy Li (Hong Kong). The New Graphic magazine has been published since 2004 by Seecoo Culture Communication and has been one of the most influential design journals in that part of the world.
