The packaging tells the story of a small olive grove devoted to producing the purest extra virgin olive oil. This is achieved through hand-picking olives and pressing them on the same day. To prevent oxidation, speed is crucial, requiring the harvested olives to be delivered to the mill as quickly as possible.
The entire process begins at sunrise and concludes before sunset. Each year, the olive oil is named after the exact time (hour:minute) of sunrise in the grove on the harvest day.
The label design interprets the olive grove, with white segments symbolizing the dry stone walls that encircle the grove and a bronze segment representing the entrance. The grove’s logo is centrally placed on the bronze segment, depicting an olive tree with roots.
The oil within the bottle reflects the essence of the olive tree, which is why the packaging emphasizes the care and the effort invested in preserving the oil in its highest quality form—through hand-picking and pressing the olives on the same day.
