Zonar Zagreb, the new hub of Zagreb urban scene and the latest hotel within the new Maistra City Vibes brand, has received international recognition by winning the Best Brand Award. This award celebrates branding successes in developing impressive and memorable identity aligned with their fundamental values and resonating with the target audience.
The Zonar Zagreb Hotel’s identity design was inspired by the pace of modern life. The logo is modular, “moving” and changing through four iterations. It is vertically aligned to evoke the skyscraper with the tallest hotel in Zagreb. The arrows from the outer flank of the hotel form an additional graphical element of the identity, while the photo art direction applies the motion blur technique to intensify the movement effect.

The Best Brands Awards competition was first held in 2013, and this year it gathered brands from 26 countries.
