The making of Croatian Makers visual identity

Robotics in Croatian schools

This year, robots found their way into Croatian schools thanks to the Croatian Makers project, which created a league by the same name – a programming competition for young students

Croatian Makers is a project by the Institute for Youth Development and Innovation (IRIM) that sees robotics and automation as perfect tools to enter the world of programming and STEM fields in which the Croatian education system is not developed enough, despite the fact that these fields of expertise will obviously be in high demand in the future.

Bruketa&Žinić OM joined the Croatian Makers project through creating its visual identity inspired by mBot robots. Led by the main idea of the project, “invent and construct”, the logo consists of the project’s initials. The final solution is a simplified robot containing the monogram CM and the location icon signifying a local product, designed in a playful and youthful spirit.
