Furniture by Brigada will be exhibited at Milan Design Week, during the largest furniture fair in the world Salone del Mobile. The pieces will be available for viewing in Zona Tortona where the Fuori Salone is held as part of new trends in design exhibition Anatomia del Design, from 7-13 of April.
Among the trendy pieces from all over the world, Brigada’s retro-futuristic chandelier Satellites will be shown, a piece made from satellite dishes, which has intrigued the global design media last year. Brigada will also show its eco-friendly prototype line Bloom and the Comb coffee-table, which doubles as an efficient storage space, offering an effective solution.
This year Salone Internazionale del Mobile is being held for the 53rd time from April 8th to April 13th, when Milan is going to become the global design and furniture capital once again. The organizers expect over 2.400 exhibitors, with over 300.000 visitors in about 340.000 square meters of exhibition space. The Salone Internazionale del Mobile will boast not just the consolidated presence of leading national and global sectoral manufacturers, but also the new inclusion of high-end furnishing companies such as Hästens, Kvadrat, Iittala, Tom Dixon, and upmarket fashion brands such as Ferré, Pierre Cardin and Ungaro.
The Fuori Salone (outside Salone) is part of the Salone del Mobile and is the largest off-side fair in the world where producers, brands and designers exhibit their latest designs to an international audience of professionals.
