Co-founder and chief creative officer of the agency Bruketa&Žinić&Grey, Nikola Žinić, was invited to the jury of the Effie Global Best of the Best competition. Every year, the winners of the Effie Grand Prix and gold awards at the national Effie competitions, i.e. the most effective creative campaigns from around the world, compete in this program.
Organized by Effie Worldwide, The Global Best of the Best Effies is a celebration of marketing effectiveness and provides a truly global, rigorous showcase of inspiring, insights-based marketing ideas from around the world that work.

Nikola Žinić has been a long-standing member of the organizing committee of the Effie Awards Croatia as part of Croatian Association of Communications Agencies (in Croatian HURA). He has worked on the Effie Award winning campaigns himself. To date Bruketa&Žinić&Grey Agency has won 34 Effie Awards. Under the name of Bruketa&Žinić OM the Agency has also positioned itself as the second most effective independent agency on the 2012 Effie Effectiveness Index.
In addition to Nikola Žinić, Croatian representatives in this jury also include Damir Ciglar (Imago Ogilvy), Mario Fraculj (Algebra, Digital Talents) and Ante Šalinović (Ipsos).
Gold and Grand Prix Effie winners from all 2022 national Effie Awards programmes around the world are competing for the Global Grand Effie in their respective categories. The Global Grand Effie winners then move on to compete for the Iridium Effie, the single most effective marketing effort of the year. Winners will be announced in December.
