Davor Bruketa is to feature as a coach in the second Creative LIAisons coaching program organized by London International Awards, the world’s first international advertising competition.
This year’s young talents will be coached by Davor Bruketa, in tandem with Cristino Battista from TikTok, Dave Bowman from Google, Rodrigo Moran from WhatsApp, Rachel Denti from Nike, and others.
The goal of the Creative LIAisons coaching program is to give young professionals from around the globe access to learn from experienced coaches who will conduct an hour long, one-to-one e-coaching sessions. Together they will cover all disciplines from creative, to strategy, with emphasis on skill development, how to hone skills and boost creative confidence knowing that creativity is the most valuable asset in business today.
The program offers young creative talents a rare opportunity to have one-to-one bespoke and private interactions with three different “creativity coaches” from around the globe, allowing all mentees to unlock their full potential.
This type of coaching was designed to develop, educate and inspire young talents, but also to facilitate their up-close and personal sessions with the most experienced and most-awarded professionals from all over the world.
“It is my great honor to be a coach in the LIA’s global coaching program. Coaching is a two-way process. In their interactions coaches learn from their mentees just as much as their mentees learn from them. Every coach has an opportunity to systematize his/her knowledge and experience,” Davor Bruketa said.
In addition to interactions with coaches, the program also includes seminars, workshops and panels. It will be conducted in parallel with the LIA’s competition, giving mentees an opportunity to observe the overall jurying process in late September and to get illuminating insights from this year’s jurors.
