Winning the first place in the “Best Regional HR practices” competition for the new HRM process designed by all employees under the leadership of HR division
A year ago Bruketa&Žinić&Grey Agency started developing a new HRM process. This process, entitled Biž&Bob, won the “Best Regional HR Practices” competition during the HR Days conference organized by MojPosao portal. This HRM award is given to organizations, teams and individuals for successful projects implemented into their business operations.
The Bruketa&Žinić&Grey Agency’s HRM process is specific as it was created by employees based on their proposals, and designed by the agency’s head of HR division Mojra Dautović. The project is unofficially known as Biž&Bob, a pun that exploits two Croatian words. “Biž” is short for “Bruketa and Žinić”, but also means pea, whereas “Bob” means broad bean and is short for the HiBob software deployed for this process. The Biž&Bob process has been recognized by employees as the greatest enhancement compared to last year, which speaks volumes for the success of this approach.

“We submitted a project which clearly demonstrates that participatory HRM process design leads to an extremely high acceptance rate for new practices, which is often difficult to ensure when introducing something completely new to the organization. It is not about the project itself but about the way in which it was introduced, which essentially embraced inclusive leadership and participatory decision making,” explained Mojra Dautović from Bruketa&Žinić&Grey Agency.
“Ours is a creative agency and we believe that creativity always makes a difference, and the same approach was used for our own HRM processes as well. We are glad that it has been recognized by the expert community. Our visual identity is rose-colored, but we are aware that it’s not all roses and we are working on it,” said Nikola Žinić, co-owner of Bruketa&Žinić&Grey Agency.
This award has been presented by MojPosao portal since 2010, but in 2022 the competition was expanded to include the entire region. The winners are selected by prominent members of the HR community and the audience, and this year’s award ceremony was held during the HR Days conference in Rovinj.
