Branding of the first face masks enriched with the Adriatic seawater particles

Take a Sea Breath

This sea salt enriched face mask is an innovative Croatian product. The mask offers the benefits of inhaling salty air to those far away from the sea. Besides helping protect the body against polluted air, the seawater ions have a positive effect on the respiratory mucosa, keeping it moist and protected.

Bruketa&Žinić&Grey Agency were entrusted with the creation of the brand and face mask name, its visual identity, packaging and web design. The Salt and Checker brand name was coined from the word “salt” (“sol” in Croatian), the essence of the product, and its origin “checker” (“šahovnica” in Croatian), whereas the mask name is simple, calling to action: Take a Sea Breath.

The mask visual identity and packaging were inspired by the blue color of the sea and the white color of sea foam formed when the sea waves crash against the shore. The main ingredient of this product is salt, a product of crystallization of the drops of seawater lingering on the rocks.

The website was designed to be informative, user-friendly, simple and easy, but at the same time to put forward all the benefits of the product.
