Konzum has been offering groceries e-shopping since 2006, but in 2015 they decided to improve their service by building a specialized logistics center for e-customers and creating a new web shop and a mobile app for all mobile platforms.
The goal of the advertising campaign was to introduce the new improved service to a broad public and accomplish high brand awareness which will result in registration of new customers, reactivation of passive ones, as well as increasing the average order value of existing customers.
In line with these goals an integrated advertising campaign was made to communicate the message that Konzum is your closest store by enabling unified brand experience through all online and offline brand touch points.
