Bruketa at the Inside Conference

Rovinj’s design Hotel Lone hosted the Inside conference on meeting design on August 30^th. The conference gathered designers from Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Hungary and Greece as well as Croatian hotel industry representatives. One of the speakers was Davor Bruketa who introduced the attendees with the overall Hotel Lone communication campaign. The key speaker was Mark van der Vivjer, one of the leading world experts on design and efficient congress projects, the author of the first meeting design book Into the Heart of Meetings. The founder of Belgrade Design Week Jovan Jelovac was also there.

Meeting design applies to the overall congress program. There have been more and more professional meeting designers in Europe who focus on creating a destination brand image as a response to the increase of demands and expectations from the new generations of congress visitors. While hotel professionals have the know-how on congress organization, meeting designers take care of their soul, meaning the creativity in all areas from gastronomy, to architecture and communication.
