Results of the Green Cleanup 2013 campaign
The hard working Green Cleanup team has reported the numbers and results of this year’s campaign that included the visual identity and ads made by the agency. Just to remind you, The Green Cleanup is a global project with the goal of cleaning as much illegal waste locations as possible by volunteers in one day. The campaign was extremely successful this year as well as the last one, and here are the results:
Number of volunteers: 49 696
(11 956 cities + 36 603 schools + 100 army + 377 Croatian Forests + 660 natural landscapes)
Waste quantity in tones: 3918
(3781 cities + 48 natural landscapes + 89 schools (50% of school results))
Number of administrative subdivisions included: 198
(103 cities with official participation + 95 cities where schools participated without the official city participation)
Number of educational institutions included: 250
224 reports sent (90% of results)
