Bruketa at the Real Estate Conference

Discussions about the influence of art and design on the real estate business


Davor Bruketa participated in the panel Architecture, design, art / Small talks: brand in real estate, spacial identity, destination marketing, that was held as part of the 9th Annual International Croatian Real Estate Conference on April 10, organized by Filipovic Business Advisory.

The guests discussed the influence and importance of architecture, design and art in contemporary business, the role architecture, design and art have in the development of commercial real estate, developing identities and brands of real estate projects, the usual vs. innovative concepts of architecture and design, examples of a succesful combination of architecture, design, advertising and art in real estate projects such as hotel Lone and others.

The panel also hosted Ivana Budin Arhanić, Valamar Board Member, Sandra Jakopec, President of the Croatian Urbanists Association, Silvije Novak, architect from Studio 3LHD, the panel was moderated by Petra Škverin, Board Member from Filipović Business Advisory.

The two-day Conference with the topic of entering the EU was attended by over 500 delegates including 115 Croatian and foreign speakers, some of which are: His Excellency the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Mr David Slinn, Anka Mrak-Taritaš, Minister of Construction and Physical Planning, Tomislav Ćurković, the president of the Croatian Chamber of Architects, Bruno Bonifačić, ACI Board President, Damir Novinić, the head of the Agency for Investments and Comeptitiveness, Snježana Bagić, Deputy President to the Croatian Constitution Court, Vedrana Likan, the president of the Council for Green Construction, Ružica Gelo, the Director of the Centre for EU at the Croatian Chamber of Economy and many others.
