Service Center campaign for Zagrebačka Bank
The goal of this campaign was to introduce the services of Service Center that’s linked to Zagrebačka Bank (ZABA) checking account. The basics for developing the communication strategy was ZABA’s brand promise saying: every day is a new challenge, choose a partner you can trust.
People generally have the need for security and security comes with the idea we know what awaits us. We tend to believe all kinds of predictions while trying to prepare for things to come. But the future is unpredictable. The concept of Foretellers came out of this idea, the story of more or less precise forecastings and surprises which come along with them. Luckily, there is the ZABA Service Center, ready for any unexpected situation.
