INdoor creativity of year awards, choosing the best creative ideas for indoor media, were handed out his past weekend during the Weekend Media Festival in Rovinj

For the second year in a row, B1 plakati (B1 posters) and Art Directors Club Croatia have organized the INdoor creativity of year awards choosing the best creative ideas on indoor media and beach media. The awards were handed out this past weekend during the Weekend Media Festival in Rovinj, and the agency Bruketa&Žinić OM has won for the second time, this time with the idea by Martin Mrzljak for promotion of the Kauboji (Cowboys) theatre show by Teatar Exit in trams.

Kauboji (Cowboys) is a theatre show about a group of people preparing a musical performance about cowboys. It is a story about everyday people and their failed attempts in trying to be someone else. This poster was based on the visual identity of the theatre show, and the idea is to print it out on a matt translucent plastic foil, enabling the tram passengers to become protagonists and leading characters on the poster, because this show is actually about them, the ones who are trying to find their place in the sun.

The purpose of this competition is to raise awareness about the importance of indoor media in the media mix because of their detailed targeting possibilities. The crucial judging criteria is the combination of the brand, media and creativity. All ideas shaped for the competition had to use the communication potential of B1 poster media, bearing in mind the nature of its spacial context.
