2nd Conference on Strategic and Creative Marketing in Tourism
Slovenian Bled hosted the 2nd Travel Zoom Conference from 21 to 23 March whose focus was on strategic and creative marketing in tourism, and one of the speakers was Bruketa&Žinić OM’s Creative Director Davor Bruketa, who has spoken about the agency’s tourism projects such as Hotel Lone, the branding of Kvarner and others. There were more than 70 speakers from 15 countries at the Conference and some of them are: John Tribe, head of tourism at the University of Surrey UK; Rodolfo Baggio, a professor and coordinator of the Information Systems and Communication Technology area at the Master in Economics and Tourism, Bocconi University Milan; Rolf Zimmermann, Managing Director at Spillmann/Felser/Leo Burnett Switzerland; Adela Cristea, Hilton Director Central and South Eastern Europe; Jonathan Eaves from McCann Worldgroup UK, whose clients include Crowne Plaza, Indigo, Holiday Inn brands, American Airlines, and who is also part of the London Olympic games 2012 preparations.
