Copenhagen lecture

Davor Bruketa has held a lecture in Copenhagen, invited by the Danish School of Media and Journalism, as part of the Contemporary Creative Communication Conference. Besides Bruketa&Žinić OM, the Conference presented Pearl Fisher, Horten, Lava, Onlab i Marian Bantjes


Bruketa held a lecture to Danish students and professionals on September 21, as part of the Contemporary Creative Communications Conference at the Danish School of Media and Journalism.

Ruben Pater from the Amsterdam Lava agency holding the European Design Agency 2010 title was also among the lecturers, as well as Eike König, Creative Director at the German agency Horten, creating excellent projects for Nike.

Marian Bantjes works for The Times and clients such as Penguin Books, The Guardian, WIRED or Stefan Sagmeister, and her work is part of the permanent Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum (Smithsonian) collection in New York.

Karen Welman, co-founder of the prominent Pearl Fisher studio working for brands like Absolut Vodka, Cadbury and Fortnum & Mason.

Nicolas Bourquin is the Creative Director at Onlab and author of the well-known book “Los Logos”, an absolute must have for everyone dealing with design.

In the past years, this Conference has hosted many well-known creative people as lecturers such as Peter Bilak or Erik Spiekermann, then Jeremy Leslie, columnist of the respected Creative Review magazine or Lars Wallentin, the man who has been in charge of Nestlé brand communication for 40 years.

Bruketa entitled his lecture Like me – Unlike me, and has spoken about projects the agency has created for bigger or smaller brands such as the cook book that has to be baked before use for Podravka, the book and room that glow in the dark for Adris group, the new interactive postal stamp with QR code, the packaging and campaigns for Kraš, Chiavalon olive oil, Puma event in the Zoo, the Kvarner visual identity and many other on line and off line projects of the agency.
