Winning the first place in the “Best Regional HR practices” competition for the new HRM process designed by all employees under the leadership of HR division

To make sure we don’t stay small in knowledge, we have BiŽnis School, our internal agency project for collecting and sharing knowledge on different topics and fields. Since we are in communication business, we are interested in everything, and we want to know a bit about everything. Usually we teach each other, each Friday on another subject, but for the last few school hours we had guests, and we thought it would be proper to introduce them.

The Ipsos Puls team has showed us how deep is the knowledge about the target groups to whom we communicate on a daily basis. Sergej Lugović, DJ and owner of Sirup Club, has spoken about the so called branded content, mentioning some of the best global examples.
Besides with good music, life gets better with some good food. Jadranka Boban Pejić and Zlatko Pejić (Makronova), leading Croatian experts on natural nutrition, have taught us how it matters what and how we eat, and about healthier life habits in general. The last in a row of our guest speakers was Tina Odinsky – Zec, professor at Zagreb School of Economics and Management. It was a fun workshop where we have cut, painted and carved potatoes :)
